USAGE METHOD
1. Wash your hands with clean water.
2. Fold the menstrual cup so that the wide opening of the menstrual cup is made smaller for insertion. Two of the most popular methods are : The Punch-Down and The C-fold.
3. It’s important to relax your muscles when inserting menstrual cup, so find a comfortable position. Insert the folded menstrual cup and once the entire cup is inside of you, remove your finger and let it pop open.
4. With clean hands, gently pull the stem of the cup and rotate it to make It out; or put your finger in vagina to make menstrual cup smaller and then take t out.
5. Remove your menstrual cup and empty the collected fluid.
6. If you want to use it again, recommend boiling the cup for 3-5 minutes in water or sterilizing by steam.
