How to Refill Properly

1. Empty the bottle completely first. Do not top up over old product — the residue at the bottom is the oldest and the most likely to have picked up bacteria.
2. Wash the bottle and its pump in hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let both dry completely. Water left inside dilutes the preservative system.
3. Cut the pouch along the marked line and pour slowly.
4. Refit the pump and wipe the outside of the bottle.

Bath Safety

• Never leave a baby alone in the bath, not even for a second. An infant can drown in a few centimetres of water and it happens silently. If you must answer the door or the phone, take the baby with you.
• Run cold water first, then add hot, and test the temperature with your elbow or wrist — around 37°C. Hands are poor thermometers.
• Keep one hand supporting the baby at all times.
• Wet bathroom floors and soapy babies are slippery. Have the towel within reach before you start.
• Bath seats and rings are not safety devices. They tip.

Patch Test First

Before using any new product on a baby, apply a small amount to a patch of skin on the inner arm and leave it for 24 hours. Redness, bumps, or the baby scratching at the area means stop.
