- Shampoo first and squeeze the excess water out — conditioner applied to soaking hair mostly rinses straight off.
- Work it through the mid-lengths and ends, not the roots. Conditioner at the scalp is what makes fine hair go flat.
- Leave for two or three minutes.
- Rinse with cool water.
