How to Use

1. Wet the face with lukewarm water.
2. Massage a small amount over the skin for 30 to 60 seconds, avoiding the eye area.
3. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
4. Daily use is fine for most people; every other day if your skin is very reactive.
5. Follow with moisturiser, and sunscreen in the morning.

PHA, AHA and BHA — Which Is Which

AHAs (glycolic, lactic) work on the surface and are the strongest of the three for texture and tone. BHA (salicylic acid) is oil-soluble, so it gets inside pores — the one for blackheads and congestion. PHAs (gluconolactone, lactobionic acid) work like AHAs but with larger molecules that penetrate slowly, which makes them the tolerable option for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin. Sun Protection Is Not Optional With This
