How to Use

1. Once daily, and no more. Applying more often will not work faster; it will only make irritation worse.
2. Cleanse gently and pat the skin completely dry. Applying to damp skin increases absorption and irritation.
3. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer — a pea-sized amount is enough for the whole face. This is a preventive treatment applied across the area, not a spot treatment dabbed on individual pimples.
4. Follow with a plain moisturiser. Most people need one.
5. Start every second or third night and build up to nightly as skin adapts.

Important — Pregnancy and Retinoids

Do not use retinoid products if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding without medical advice. Retinoids are vitamin A derivatives, and oral vitamin A derivatives are known to cause birth defects.
