How to Use

1. Loosen thick mucus first with a drop of saline in each nostril and wait a minute.
2. Hold the baby upright or lay them back with the head slightly raised.
3. Rest the tip at the nostril opening — never push it inside.
4. Apply gentle suction, then wipe the tip and repeat on the other side.
5. Use before feeds and before sleep, and no more than a few times a day.

Cleaning and Sterilising

• Wash in warm soapy water before first use and after every use, then rinse thoroughly.
• Sterilise by the method your equipment supports — steam steriliser, cold-water sterilising solution, or five minutes in boiling water. Check the item is boil-safe first.
• Let it air-dry on a clean surface rather than rubbing it with a tea towel.
• Store somewhere clean and dry, not loose in a nappy bag.
