- Shake well before use.
- Hold roughly 15cm from the skin and spray evenly, avoiding the eye area.
- Spray generously and pat it in with clean fingers. Sprays are the easiest format to under-apply, and a light mist gives far less than the rated protection.
- In wind, spray onto your hands first and pat onto the face.
- Apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply roughly every two hours outdoors, and after swimming or towel-drying.
