How to Use

1. Fit the cap on the head with the brim sitting above the eyebrows and the ears clear.
2. Check it is snug but not tight — you should slide a finger under the edge easily.
3. Wash the hair as usual, rinsing from the back forward so water runs off the brim.
4. Remove, rinse the cap with soapy water and hang it to dry.

Safety

• Adult supervision throughout. A cap does not change any bath safety rule.
• Never leave a baby or young child alone in the bath.
• Check it is not tight around the head, and take it off between washes.
• Discard it if the foam tears or starts to crumble.
• Keep it out of reach when not in use — it is not a toy.

Bath Safety

• Never leave a baby alone in the bath, not even for a second. An infant can drown in a few centimetres of water and it happens silently. If you must answer the door or the phone, take the baby with you.
• Run cold water first, then add hot, and test the temperature with your elbow or wrist — around 37°C. Hands are poor thermometers.
• Keep one hand supporting the baby at all times.
• Wet bathroom floors and soapy babies are slippery. Have the towel within reach before you start.
• Bath seats and rings are not safety devices. They tip.
