How to Use
- Apply as the last step of your morning skincare, after moisturiser and before makeup.
- Use around two finger-lengths for face and neck. Most people apply a third of what the SPF rating assumes, which is why real-world protection falls short of the number on the tube.
- Let it settle for 15-20 minutes before going outside.
- Reapply roughly every two hours outdoors, and sooner after sweating, swimming or towelling.
SPF, PA and Blue Light
SPF 50 filters roughly 98% of UVB; the jump to SPF 50+ adds a small increment beyond that, not double the protection. PA++++ is the top UVA grade.
